PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ashindaye’s project Management services encompass the following activities:

Planning

Planning procedures defines measurable attributes of each project including the client’s goals, project scope, site constraints and opportunities, project program, scope of professional and other services, process for delivery of professional and other services, development and management of project budget, and the development and management of the project schedule.

Monitoring

Monitoring procedures include weekly project meetings and monthly project performance reviews to ensure that our project management services result in projects that meet cost, schedule and quality requirements.

Construction Management

Ashindaye’s Construction Management services entail the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting our client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. Our Construction Management services include:

Development of project implementation and procurement strategies which are appropriate to the scope and nature of the works, and which are correctly aligned with the risk profile of the project.

Management of the procurement process including development of appropriate procurement models and strategies, tender documentation, and adjudication.

Compilation of construction contract documentation using the GCC 2010 and  NEC document

Preparation of baseline construction resource schedules, project budgets, and construction programmes, and monitoring of expenditure and progress relative to these baseline schedules during the construction process.

Procurement of materials and services, and logistics management.

Management and administration of capital works, rehabilitation, and maintenance contracts.

Management of public sector construction and maintenance units.

Engineer, procure and construction management (EPCM).

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Commercial and residential infrastructures

 Ashindaye personnel have engineered a very broad and diverse range of commercial office buildings often including substantial basements being constructed on geotechnical challenging sites requiring cost affective founding solutions. Typical projects range from 1,000m² to 60,000m² lettable space including structured parking. A very high level of expertise has been built up in innovative deep basement design.

TRAINING

We are driven by promoting accountability at every level. In so doing we have developed a training system for municipal Engineers and Project manager to facilitate and speed up service delivery.
